We build with AI, and we check our work.
Zurdo Consulting is a group of seasoned software engineers. We help businesses build with AI safely, efficiently and fast.
Who we are
Zurdo Consulting is part of Numeron Technologies. We know AI integration deeply: where it helps, and where it quietly breaks things. We help businesses put it to work, from a first pipeline to the way a whole team delivers, and we hold that work to the same checks we hold our own.
How we work
Safe by design
An agent's work counts only when it passes checks. Every requirement gets a check that runs against the code itself, and people sign off on what a machine can't judge, with every sign-off recorded.
Efficient
The plan lives in files, next to the code. Scope, decisions and requirements are written down once, so nothing is rediscovered or redone, and whoever picks the work up next starts where the last one stopped.
Fast
Agents do the building, and checks keep the speed honest. A task is finished only when its checks pass, so moving fast never means trusting a claim.
Where the tools came from
Zurdo was born building Numeron, our tax software, and it's what we build Numeron with today. It starts from the Ralph Wiggum technique, named by Geoffrey Huntley, which runs a coding agent in a loop on one prompt until it says it is done. That works, but the agent decides when it is done.
Zurdo keeps the loop and takes that call away from the agent: each task carries acceptance criteria, and Zurdo runs them itself. Carol keeps the plan the loop works from. Both follow the rules we work by: checks over claims, the plan lives in files, people decide, and nothing branches, commits or merges in your git without you.
Built with itself
This site was planned with Carol and built with Zurdo, phase by phase. We wrote down how that went in two posts, including what worked and what did not: building this site with Zurdo and planning in the open with Carol.
